Many of my engagements involve sensitive leadership dynamics, organizational change, or public-facing risk. In those moments, discretion is part of the responsibility.

As a result, much of my work happens behind the scenes or under confidentiality agreements, which limits public attribution. That same discretion is why leaders trust me to step in when clarity, judgment, and care matter most.
